Restart supplies and supports company IT equipment in 120+ countries. We have our own offices in Germany (Cologne, headquarters), Poland, Ukraine, the USA, the UK and Mexico. If you are hiring in a country you don't see on our coverage page, ask us — we will confirm delivery and setup options for that country in your quote.
How fast can you replace a broken laptop or phone?
Replacement equipment typically arrives within 4 hours to 2 business days, depending on the employee's location. With our Golden Box service we can also replace a device while the original is being serviced, so the employee keeps working.
How is equipment shipped?
We use quality packaging, insure each shipment and work with delivery services that have a proven track record. The recipient gets a tracking number, so they know exactly when the equipment will arrive.
When do new employees receive their equipment?
New employees receive a welcome box with their equipment just before their start date. Onboarding starts within 2 hours of the ticket.
Where do you store our equipment?
In Restart warehouses located in different countries. Spare and returned devices stay there, are serviced on arrival and are ready to be issued to the next employee.
